• Same-Day Delivery in Dubai is AED30 (for all orders placed before 12PM)
• Next-Day Delivery within the UAE is AED20 (for all orders placed before 4PM)

• Standard shipping for MEA Region (3-5 days)
• A flat delivery charge of AED50 applies.

International orders

• Standard shipping in 5-7 working days across major destinations worldwide.
• A flat delivery charge of USD60 applies.

Tracking Your Order

Following your purchase, you will promptly receive an email containing your parcel's tracking number. This tracking number can be utilised to monitor the progress and estimated delivery time of your shipment.

Additional Information

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Miracleskin.ae cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Return and Refund Policies

We treat hygiene and our customers’ safety as our top priority, so only items satisfying the below conditions can be returned for a refund:

• Unopened and Unused Products
  Provided the products are unused and unopened, we can accept the return of the product for a full refund or exchange within 3 days of purchase.

• Damaged or Defective Products
  In the unlikely event that you receive a cosmetic product that is damaged or arrives in poor condition, we will gladly accept next day returns and provide a full refund or exchange.
